This agreement sets the terms for buying and using Ramille. Ramille is published under the GLabs325 brand (glabs325.com) by Ramah GUEDEGBE, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN 523 501 765, 235 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France (the “publisher”). Contact: ramille@glabs325.com. By installing or using Ramille, you accept these terms.
1. Product
Ramille is a Git client for macOS. It uses the Git installed on your Mac to read and change the repositories you open, and connects to the Git hosts you set up. System requirements (macOS and Git versions) are listed on this site.
2. Trial
Ramille can be tried for free for 14 days of use, with no payment method. Only the days the app is opened count. When the trial ends, without a license, Ramille becomes read-only: your repositories, their history, diffs and pull requests stay readable, but actions that change a repository require a license.
3. License
Subject to this agreement and to payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Ramille.
- The license is a one-time purchase. It is perpetual, with no subscription.
- It covers every 1.x version of Ramille, including 1.x updates released after the purchase, and any major version released within 12 months of the purchase date. A covered major version includes all of its updates, until the next major version.
- A major version released after that period may be sold separately, at a reduced price for license holders. The versions covered by your license remain usable with it.
- A license can be active on up to 3 Macs at the same time.
4. Price and purchase
The license costs €49, excluding taxes. Licenses are sold by Polar (polar.sh), acting as merchant of record: Polar is the seller, takes the payment, issues the invoice and adds your country’s VAT or sales tax at checkout. The sale itself, invoicing, taxes and the consumer right of withdrawal are governed by Polar’s terms (polar.sh/legal).
After payment, you receive your license key by email. For any question about a purchase, write to ramille@glabs325.com.
You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked. Write to ramille@glabs325.com from the address used at checkout. The refund goes through Polar and the license is deactivated. This commitment is in addition to your statutory rights.
5. Your repositories stay under your control
Ramille runs the Git operations you ask for, on the repositories you open. Before an action that publishes or rewrites history, it tells you what will happen; checking the result is your responsibility. Keep backups of important work: an up-to-date remote or clone is one.
6. Third-party services
Ramille contacts third-party services only when a feature you use needs them:
- the Git hosts and servers you set up (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Microsoft Entra, company servers);
- Polar, to activate, check and deactivate license keys;
- the AI providers you set up with your own API keys;
- GitHub, which hosts the update feed and the downloads.
Using these services is governed by their own terms. The accounts and keys you open with them are your responsibility.
7. AI output
Commit messages and descriptions generated by AI are suggestions to review. The publisher does not guarantee that they are accurate or complete.
8. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- bypass the trial, license activation or the Mac limit;
- redistribute Ramille or license keys without permission;
- decompile the app, except where applicable law allows it;
- use Ramille in a way that breaks the terms of a host or third-party provider.
9. Updates
Ramille checks whether a new version exists and tells you. It never installs an update without your confirmation. Updates are offered to every user; a major version not covered by your license runs as a trial, then read-only, until you buy a license that covers it.
10. No warranty
Ramille is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. It is a development tool that may contain bugs or may not support some Git or host configurations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption resulting from the use of, or inability to use, Ramille.
The publisher’s total liability to a user, for all causes combined and over any period of twelve (12) months, is limited to the amount actually paid by that user for the license during that period.
This limitation does not apply in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the publisher, nor where applicable law prohibits it, in particular for personal injury or for mandatory consumer rights.
12. End of access
A license may be deactivated if it is invalid or revoked, for example after a refund. Ramille then becomes read-only again. It never deletes your repositories.
13. Governing law
This agreement is governed by French law.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply and prevail over this agreement in case of conflict. You keep the right to go to the courts of your place of residence where the law allows it.
Any dispute about this agreement that cannot be settled amicably falls, failing that, under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
